The abstracts should be prepared according to the guidelines given above and sent as a Word (DOC / DOCX) file to the office@cppta.eu email address.
oral presentation guidelines:
Oral presentations will be held in Central Auditorium. There are 60-minute time slots for keynote / plenary, 40-minute time slots for invited, and 20-minute time slots for the remaining oral presentations. The given amount of time inludes short discussion (up to 10 minutes in the case of 60-minute speeches and up to 5 minutes in the case of the other presentations). Participants can use their own laptops or bring a pendrive with their presentation. In the latter case the presentations should be in PowerPoint or PDF format, located in the CPPTA directory of the pendrive, and should be given to the technical CPPTA staff at least 30 minutes before start of the session. In any case it is recommended to check earlier if the presentation works properly. The technical staff will be available from 8:00 a.m. every day.
poster presentation guidelines:
Recommended size of a poster is A0 (portrait orientation). Posters will be presented using the poster boards provided by the conference organizers. The boards will be available for placing the posters on the Poster session day from 8:00 a.m. The posters should be placed on the boards before end of the lunch break. The tape, etc. needed to fix posters to the poster boards will be available from the CPPTA staff. Posters should be removed from the boards not later than 9:00 a.m. the following day, otherwise they will be removed by the conference staff. The staff will not take any further responsibility for such posters.
